A word from the chef Warren AMAURY

"In the restaurant business for 17 years, I started working in establishments located on the Normandy landing beaches. Complete and a jack of all trades, I learned pastry and perfected my skills alongside Jean-Thomas Schneider, world pastry champion in 2017. After running my own restaurant in Normandy for 4 years, I came to settle in Nîmes in 2021 where I worked in the kitchens of La Belle Sainte-Lucie.

I invite you to come and taste my specialties at La Table sous l'Oranger. My cuisine showcases regional specialties, dishes with Normandy flavors, revisited classics, always with the aim of offering you gourmet, generous and authentic cuisine."
